The Center in Paulínia works with customers to solve major challenges related to the growing demand for food and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
The DuPont Brazil Innovation Center, also known as Centro de Inovação Brasil (CIB), is located within the DuPont R&D Center in Paulínia, Brazil. It was opened to help our customers and commercial partners solve major challenges in local markets, including creating technologies that can help people and the environment. The Paulínia Center is also the main technical service support center for DuPont customers across Latin America.
Researchers screen and develop new materials to protect crops, and conduct application development focused on the automotive, safety and protection, and chemicals industries.
Scientists and engineers at the Paulínia Center conduct research into the production of next-generation biofuels, including biobutanol from sugarcane.
Like all our Innovation Centers around the world, our Paulínia Center connects customers with our global network of over 9000 scientists, chemists, and engineers.
